Stock Gapping up +4 like to see this sell-off and gap-fill back down to $7.75-$8 an under then watch for bottom curl then look for some push on it to the upside, do not buy this unless pop at the open to $11 with volume then look for the push to $12-$13 top it off then look to fade it

Stock Gapping +100% do not BUY this unless pop at the open to $12 then look for the solid squeeze to $13-$14 watch for topping then slow fade back down to $8-$9 and under if this small pop at the open and lower lows set in look for the sell-off to $8-$9 and under before we see any bottom curl on it.
4) $INO 4th day NO Offering yet small downgrade PT from Stifel to $24 (31.25)
Stock Gapping up +3.25 like to see some sell-off on this it peaked yesterday at $35 per my Tweet that it would touch $35 on the news I wrote out, for today lets get some pullback to $27.50-$28.50 area at the open do not BUY unless we see the momentum and squeeze coming otherwise imo the stock will start to top off and slow fade on it for today.
5) $GPS signing deal with Kanye West worth about 2 Billion (10.16)
Stock Gapping up +1.75 IMO this will simply fade on this news however do not buy this unless pop at the open towards $12.25 then quick squeeze for .50-$1.00 then look for slow gap-fill fade if small pop at the open and lower lows set in look for slow gap-fill fade right back down to $10.25-$10.40 and under

Stock Gapping up +6.15 do not BUY unless pop at the open through $40 then look for a squeeze on it to $42-$44 area then watch for some topping and grind out if small pop at the open and it breaks $38 then short it for 2-3 more points to the downside then watch for bottom curl then solid all-day move to the upside

Stock Gapping down -6 do NOT BUY this unless pop at the open to $80 then quick push to $84-$86 top it off then look for the 3-5 point gap-fill sell-off on it if this yanks right at the open watch the $73-$75 area then solid bottom curl then solid 4-5 points to the upside on it before grinding lower for the day
8) $NKE Earnings Miss on guidance However multiple PT upgrades (101.40)
Stock Gapping down -4 do NOT BUY Unless pop at open above $98.50 then slow grind all day back up to $100+ if this snaps at the open hard to $94-$95 and under bottom curl it then solid all-day move to the upside $NKE likes to get bought up on pullbacks on Earnings
9) $SNX Earnings Beat Multiple PT upgrades (101.68)
Stock Gapping up +10 do not buy unless pop at the open to $110+ then look for a quick push to $112-$114 then watch for some pullback on it for 5-7 points on profit-taking if this snaps at the open watch the $103-$104 and under for bottom curl then solid all-day move to the upside
10) $GS Gapping down on Stress Test with the Feds (207.10)
Stock Gapping down -10 I like the $195-$197 area to nibble long on it, let this set up put stops at $194 it if snaps that it will have a few more points to the downside, IMO this weakness will be bough back up, I would like to see this get back to $203-$205 on it today, more it pulls better the range to the upside

$ALT Venrock Healthcare reports 20.8% stake in the company (9.19) Gapping up 2 do NOT BUY this unless pop at the open to $11.75+ with volume then look for a quick push for +12-$12.50 then watch for topping, then fade it all day back down to $9.50-$9.75 and under. Or small pop at the open then lower lows set in then look for another all day fader on it
